PanelTEK joins iAutomation

It is our great pleasure to announce that PanelTEK LLC has joined the iAutomation division. We are very excited to become part of iAutomation, a high-tech value add distributor with engineering and integration capabilities. Through this combination, we have created a unique strategic opportunity by combining over 20 years of PanelTEK’s history of expertise and unparalleled service with iAutomation’s expansive footprint and capabilities. PanelTEK and iAutomation have built a foundation on bringing innovation to our customers and we will remain focused on that ideal while looking to strengthen and build upon our offerings to deliver even greater value. Now, with four strategic manufacturing locations, we are fully equipped to handle increased customer demand.

Since 1984, iAutomation has been providing premier products and services along the East Coast from Maine to Florida, and this is an exciting partnership that will offer innovative solutions that are outside of our previous capabilities, including a broader product portfolio and custom assembly services. We are partnering with iAutomation because they share the same values and understanding of technology trends that help our customers become leaders within their respective markets.

The iAutomation team is very excited about the partnerships we have established with our strategic vendors as we begin to support customers as a distributor in the Wisconsin and surrounding regions. As we build-out the support functions needed to handle this new venture, we invite you to explore our online store at shop.i-automation.com.

Our combined organization is committed to maintaining automation excellence and strong customer relationships throughout the integration process and providing you with the excellent local level of service and product quality that you have come to expect. A dedicated team from across the organization will ensure that the transition period is seamless for you while seeking new ways to improve overall service levels.

This change will in no way disrupt our normal working relationships and we trust it will enhance it. You can expect to see the iAutomation name on various forms of email communication including new quote requests and invoices. The sales account managers will also be reaching out in person to ensure the transition is seamless.

Effective May 30, 2023 the following changes will occur:

For any purchase orders issued to iAutomation, the remit to address will be listed on the invoices for your convenience. We have included the link here.

Please note, any purchase orders sent to PanelTEK through 5/26/23, will be fulfilled by PanelTEK and invoiced accordingly.
