Description
The Controller will be responsible for general ledger integrity, preparation of financial statements, analysis of business results, cost accounting, and management of the CAS Holdings accounting departments. The job responsibilities may be changed or expanded at will and are expected to expand in conjunction with experience and the Company’s needs.
o Develop documented financial controls across the entire business including implementation and audit procedures to ensure compliance
o Work with the CFO and staff to improve monthly & annual closing processes with the goal of improving efficiency, maintaining an effective internal control structure and compliance with GAAP
o Responsible for the accuracy and effectiveness of accounting processes including credit & collections, accounts payable, cash application and billing
o Overall responsibility for the general ledger
o Prepare and review monthly financial reports to management, equity owners and creditors
o Perform timely analytical procedures over the financial reports, prepare variance analysis, and follow up on significant fluctuations
o Work with CFO and department managers to prepare annual budgets and periodic reforecasts
o Manage cash movements and funding needs
o Manage the relationship with the external audit manager and the annual audit process, resulting in a clean opinion of the annual audited financial statements
o Assist and supply information to external tax compliance specialists with preparation of Federal and State tax returns, file periodic tax filings
o Take part in special projects requested by Senior Management including special reports and process improvements

Responsibilities
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in in Accounting or Finance, and a CPA, CMA, or MBA are desirable, with 5+ years of related experience (preferably mix of private and public accounting with a preference to public accounting).
• Experience in a manufacturing business is required, distribution business preferred, and knowledge of private equity industry is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries, effective communication with supervisor and subordinates
• Excellent computer skills, including proficient use of MS Office and an integrated accounting software package, NetSuite experience a big plus
• Must have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail

- Preparing shipping documents, mailing labels, and making sure that orders have been filled correctly.
- Recording items taken from inventory and filling the orders
- Wrapping or packing the goods in shipping containers.
- Addressing and labeling packages, look up and compute freight or postal rates, and recording the weight and cost of each shipment.
- Inspecting receipts for accuracy (part number and quantity)
- Delivering receipts to the warehouse team
- Dispositioning of packing materials for disposal or reuse.

Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities at existing and potential new customers within defined geographical area to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share.
- Generate, qualify and manage all sales leads, prospects and new customer accounts to meet/exceed agreed team and individual sales objectives.
- Develop sales strategies and goals for distribution and integration opportunities.
- Manage designated sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in a manner incumbent with agreed business objectives. Follow-up all sales opportunities (Direct and indirect) on a timely basis. Capture and document all pertinent information in NetSuite (CRM).
- Manage Key Account relationships and Supplier relationships. This will include collaboration with suppliers, pricing negotiations with both customers and key suppliers.
- Work closely with iAutomation Customer Relations and Engineering teams to ensure the best solution for the customer.
- Maintain and report sales forecasts, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports, as required.
- Continuously support the development of strong relationship with key customers. Build and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers.
Responsibilities
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent discipline with 5+ years’ experience in a technical sales role. Experience selling and supporting industrial automation projects. Experience managing high-value strategic customers. Proven track record of successful business development and strong relationship building skills. Proficiency with MS Office, creating technical sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. NetSuite experience is a plus.

- Compile and maintain the master production schedule for all manufacturing cells in the operations department.
- Determine delivery confirmation dates for individual work orders using but not limited to, customer request date, material availability, labor capacity, quoted lead time, document availability, and other influencing factors.
- Release work orders to factory in a timely manner such as to achieve committed delivery dates
- Monitor stock levels of finished goods and release work orders to maintain committed stock levels
- Track material availability against released work orders and compile material shortage reports, communicate shortages to Purchasing to affect accurate and achievable delivery confirmations.
- Communicate with cell leaders to determine status of assigned projects, and provide updated confirmation dates
Responsibilities
Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field and certifications such as American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) or Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and 5+ years’ experience as a Production Planner.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience

The IT Service Desk Supervisor leads the Desktop Support Specialists Team and is responsible for providing direct support to end users. The Supervisor will be responsible for the daily Help Desk operational processes for Access, Change, Event, Incident, Knowledge, and Request Management. The Supervisor will work with the IT Manager to ensure requests are fulfilled and analyzed, and incidents and problems are escalated, resolved, and reported. - Must be a sales hunter, reliable and exhibit a high level of determination and tenacity.
