- Participate in containment activities for customer complaints and production MRB.
- Support Quality Engineering with CPARs and customer complaints.
- Conduct monthly safety walk inspections for North Attleboro and Franklin.
- Data entry into ERP system as required.

Description
Working directly for the Director, Supply Chain Management you will be responsible for planning, purchasing, tracking, and maintaining inventory levels in the areas of distribution, engineering services, and in-house production for an Industrial Automation organization.
- Manage the purchasing department in the overall supply chain process of purchasing, inventory control, and distribution. Hire, train, coach and evaluate direct reports.

The Customer Relations Specialist reports to the Service & Parts Manager, and will be located in Lakewood Ranch, FL, to support all aspects of our field service, spare parts, equipment build, and training activities.
- Provide a central point of communication for our customers when they require assistance with the machine, parts, service, or training.
- Follow up on sales leads as directed.
- Provide timely concise answers to our customers based on technical knowledge and documentation available or funnel it to the appropriate team members for the information required for a response.
- Upsell remote and onsite services for the customer to expand their view of us as the complete solutions provider.

• 2+ years’ experience in electrical testing in a manufacturing environment with a preference in testing electrical control panels
• Familiarity with UL XXX and IPC A620 preferred
• Experience using standard tools for testing, including multimeters, etc.
• Requires a thorough understanding/training in Lock-Out/Tag-Out
