Incremental Encoders |

Deliver precise digital feedback for fractional horsepower motors in relatively clean environments. Incremental encoders from with integral shaft size ranging from 1/8" to ½" and housing size ranging from 1 to 2.5 diameter include electrical interface via side or end mounted MS connectors with choice of flange, servo or face mounting configuration options. |
Enclosed Linear Encoders |

The enclosed models are best suited for harsh environments. The sealing lips on the extrusion keep out coolants and contamination. For applications where the Linear Encoders are used in very harsh environments, there are methods of extra protection (IP 64) beyond the enclosed unit´s standard set of sealing lips. |
Open Linear Encoders |

The non-contact open measuring systems are for high displacement velocities and high accuracies, commonly used in clean environments. Non-contact open encoders rely on the air gap between the encoder head and scale to be uniform over the measuring range. The flatness of the mounting surface and the parallelism of the machine guideway is important. |
Angle Opticle Encoders |

Designed for demanding rotary applications that need long-term reliability and high dynamic performance, angle encoders feature high-accuracy graduations marked directly onto a stainless-steel ring. Available in a various diameters, absolute and incremental angle encoders have a low cross-section and a large internal diameter to position easily around large internal rotors, payloads or services.
The angle encoder rings also feature a unique taper mount which corrects for eccentricity of the rotor/shaft and ensures excellent accuracy, offering easy and robust fine adjustment of the ring's form and all installation tolerances. In addition, the angle encoder rings offer a very low moment of inertia ensuring that whatever the installation, the system can be positioned with minimal torque and maximum speed. |

Miniature Surface Mount |

MicroE's miniature surface mount ChipEncoder is a reflective optical encoder that makes high-accuracy motion feedback feasible where it would have been physically impossible or simply too costly. The ChipEncoder measures just 7mm by 11mm, so it fits in spaces too tight for any other encoder. |
