Wayne Ferrari - CEO
As Chief Executive Officer for iAutomation, Wayne helps guide the management team to its full potential. A founding entrepreneur in 1998, Wayne partnered with Richard Manders and then Charles WIlliams to form AutomationSolutions, a segment-breaking automation distributor to the OEM market. Prior to AutomationSolutions, Wayne was Marketing Manager of Berkeley Process Control, a high growth machine control manufacturer. Before that, he was with Compumotor Division of Parker Hannifin. Wayne holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
Charles Williams - President
Charles leads the Sales and Marketing teams at iAutomation. Charles founded Integrated Motion in 1997 with the vision of providing high performance controls systems and services with an everyday, practical approach. In 2007, Charles joined forces with AutomationSolutions. Today, his passion continues to grow through his ability to listen and understand our client’s needs and wants and to match them to the best solution offering. Before that, Charles was with Pacific Scientific and Compumotor Division of Parker Hannifin. Charles studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Richard Manders - President
Rich leads the Strategic Markets team at iAutomation. He co-founded AutomationSolutions in 1998, and has more than 20 years of experience in the machine automation marketplace. Rich has worked for several manufacturers of automation solutions, such as Industrial Devices Corp. Rich studied Electrical Engineering at SUNY and UConn.
