iAutomation seeks a professional, innovative and detailed individual for our Engineering Project Manager role. If you are well organized, have great communication skills, looking for an opportunity to apply your technical experience and provide technical support to engineers and customers in the industrial machine controls and motion solutions industry, then this position is for you!

- Facilitate collaboration between customers, engineering, purchasing, production and field technical resources.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of a project such as scope, scheduling and budget.
- Plan, review and coordinate detailed aspects of the engineering work including quoting, designing and change management.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, sales, engineering and production resources.
- Manage consistent project documentation archiving and approval from all resources.
- Continuously identify, measure and improve processes.
- Develop and manage customer relations.
- Effectively use project management tools.


Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science degree in technology, engineering or mathematics required and 5 years of experience in a related field. Prior experience with industrial controls, motion solutions, automation practices and philosophies or other equivalent transferable knowledge and industry experience required. Must have 2-3 years project management experience.

- Knowledge of MS Office and PM tools and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Requires excellent organization skills, leadership ability, strong writing, documentation, multi-tasking, and prioritizing experience.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Pays close attention to details, maintains professionalism at all times and maintains a positive representation of iAutomation, it's people and interests.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
